What is the Eagles Charitable Foundation 50/50 Raffle?
A raffle lottery held during each Eagles home game in which half of the jackpot will go to one lucky winner and the other half will support the programs of Eagles Charitable Foundation.
What is Eagles Charitable Foundation?
Founded in 1995, Eagles Charitable Foundation (ECF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity that serves thousands of low-income children in the Greater Philadelphia region every year with a focus on improving their health and overall quality of life. Formerly known as Eagles Youth Partnership, ECF leverages the star power of the Philadelphia Eagles and uses its unique platform to focus on two specific areas of need in the community:

How old do you need to be to purchase raffle tickets?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket or claim a prize.
Can I buy tickets with a credit card or check?
No. All sales are cash only. ATMs are located throughout the stadium.
Where can raffle tickets be purchased?
Raffle tickets can be purchased from kiosks and/or roving sellers located throughout the stadium when sales are open.
How much do raffle tickets cost?
3 tickets for $5.00, 10 tickets for $10.00 and 40 tickets for $20.00. Each ticket purchased will represent one entry in the Raffle.
At what point during games do sales begin and end?
(Ticket sales will begin when gates open and conclude at the start of the 4th Quarter.)
At what point during games will the winning ticket be announced?
The winning ticket will be announced during the 4th Quarter.
May I purchase tickets with a group?
No. Each ticket belongs to only one person, and only one person can claim the prize associated with a winning ticket.
Where can I check the jackpot during the game?
Fans will be able to view the jackpot on the closed captioning boards to the right of the North and South end video boards, all 50/50 raffle kiosks, the HeadHouse Plaza video board and on concourse and club suite televisions. The winning ticket will be announced during the middle of the fourth quarter.
Must I be present to win? And how does the winner claim the prize?
The winner does not need to be present to win. The prize may be claimed (a) in the HeadHouse Lobby Ticket Office in the HeadHouse Plaza within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the applicable game, or (b) by appointment at the Eagles Charitable Foundation office, within 30 days following the last Philadelphia Eagles home game (regular season or post-season) of the season during which the winning ticket was drawn. What tax forms do I need to obtain/file?
You will be presented a W-9 form to complete when you arrive to claim your prize. Additionally, all prize winners will receive an IRS Form W-2G sent to the address on the winning ticket claim form for tax filing purposes.
What are the tax implications of winning the drawing?
The IRS requires us to withhold federal taxes at a rate of 25% for winnings over $5,000. If you fail to provide a taxpayer identification number, backup withholding of 28% is required for all prizes over $600. Federal taxes for prizes under $5,000, and all state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Please refer to the Official Rules for more information.
